By scheduling or accepting services from Arrow K Land Services, you agree to the following:

All estimates are based on visible site conditions. Pricing may change if hidden obstacles, debris, or unforeseen conditions are discovered. Estimates are valid for 30 days.

Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Larger projects may require a deposit. 

Customers must provide clear access to the work area and mark all underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic systems, or hidden structures prior to service. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or concealed items.

Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather. Heavy equipment may cause ground disturbance, especially in wet conditions.

We aim to clear snow and ice effectively; however, changing conditions may occur, and we cannot guarantee completely ice-free surfaces.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
